Project Owner Training

This course is focused on the Project Leaders to develop a clear understanding of their roles as Project Owners or Project Sponsors, and how to give direction  and support their Project Teams. In this hands-on workshop, the Project Leaders will develop the Project Management skills needed at their level, while they also learn what are the most important decisions they need to be making as Executives, how to select the right people and build the best project team, as well as manage the project performance.

Project Management and Project Leadership Training

This course is focused on enhancing the knowledge of the Project Managers and Teams so that they learn the basic principles in Project Management and use them in a consistent manner.  This course also focuses on “Creating a PM Culture”, “Managing Change”, “Motivating the Workforce”, and provides the essential leadership skills that managers need to have to lead a successful PM organization.
